How do we collect information?

We only collect information and personal data that is relevant to our business interests or the running of our business.  The information we do collect is given to us either by individuals or the companies they work for.

What information do we collect?

If contact is made, your name, email address and telephone number may be given to WPIF during this process.  This data is not stored or used for any other purpose than to answer the enquiry.
We use Google Analytics to gather information (How Google uses your data - Google Analytics information page ) on how our website is used, we do not collect any personal data and only see anonymous statistics.  

Sharing of your information

WPIF does not share or sell any personal data to 3rd parties unless we are obliged to by law.
We may share some personal data in connection with an enquiry, purchase or sale to satisfy that particular legitimate business interests.

Holding and storing your information

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, for example, to provide you with an answer to an enquiry, meet contractual agreements, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.

Your rights and accessing your personal data held by WPIF
